Project Cycle

• Test Plan Establishment
  Once the test leader get understood your system requirements, he will establish a test plan states the items to be tested, the test strategy to be applied to the test of each item, and the test environment and human resources.
• Test Case Execution
  We will execute the Test Case according to the Test Plan. As bugs are detected in your product, they will be documented as quickly as possible so that developers can address them quickly. But before opening a bug work item, we will query existing bugs to be sure the bug we discovered has not been reported. B elow diagram which we follow strictly shows the state transitions for a bug work item and:
  



• Bug Tracking
  As executing the Test Case, we will employ VSTS or other tools to track the progress and pace of the testing.
• Test Case Optimization
  As a professional team who executes your testing work, we can find more defects which may be not included in the Test Case you provide to lower the risk of releasing the software product.
• Regression Test
  Regression Test will be taken when a bug state is fixed as Closed to make sure the bug is not exists again. If not, we will activate the bug and assign it to triage and set the Reason field as Regression.
• Test Report Generation
  Our Test Report summarizes the results of testing and document the bug analysis.
