Management

We have project manager (PM) answering for the whole project's management and the system architect (SA) presiding over risk management and technical support. Our PM and SA will be either part-time or full time according the client's requirement or the project's size. We can make you learn the schedule and quality at any time by our management tools such as EPM, VSTS, etc.

Confidentiality

Before commencing, we can sign the NDA. At the end of the project, we will submit the source code and a series of documents brought from the maintenance and support process to our clients. Shinetech understand the vital importance to our client, and to our long-time development strategy.

Communication

Learning the client's requirement well via efficient communication is the key of guaranteeing the project processes smoothly. Most of our guys possess the ability of intercommunicating in English. We can communicate any problems and details about the ongoing work through e-mail, instant messenger, telephone meeting, etc.
