Project Analysis—Analyze and confirm some key information, such as more specific and detailed requirements and the deadline for the project, the total workload, the hard nuts, how many and which roles should be included and etc, and then initiate a basic schedule to control the total progress.

Project Preparation—Extract the resource files from the software and identify which should be translated, which should be kept in English, which should be limited in string length, and etc.

Translation—Shinetech has established a very strict translation flow which includes preparing the related materials, creating and maintaining the glossary and TM, translation, edit, proofread, SMER (Subject Matter Expert Review), SR (Stylistic Review), SRC (Software Reference Check), CFR (Converted Format Review), QFE (Quick Feedback Execution) and a complete LQI (Language Quality Inspection).

Software Build—Programmers with the relevant technology are allocated to integrate and rebuild the localized software.

Test—Execute a series of complete tests which include Linguistic Testing, Cosmetics Testing (UI Testing), Smoking Testing (Build Sanity Check) and Functionality Testing according to the test cases.Track and fix all types of bugs effectively.
