Requirements Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze and confirm some key information, such as more specific and detailed requirements and the deadline for the project, the total workload, the hard nuts, how many and which roles should be included and etc, and then initiate a basic schedule to control the total progress.

Training: We have a variety of methods to conduct integration/engineering work. For those projects with special requirements, we will conduct training firstly and assign the experienced engineers to master it. 

Integration/Engineering: Engineer starts integration strictly in accordance with the relevant standards. And meanwhile, the project manager will communicate with you in a timely manner for any issues occurred during the process

Functional QA:  Based on the check list, tester checks the integration results and records them into bug tracker and then returns to engineer to get them fixed.

Delivery: Once the localized project gets passed by the internal QA, the completed product will be zipped with certain structure and then   delivered to you.

CR (Client Review) Editing Implementation: After your examination, we will fix all the bugs listed in the bug report that you provide (this part is totally free of charge)
