The client has developed a large number of web based interactive multimedia applications and customized applications for its clients. Our responsibility is to perform full QA work for our client's various products and applications.
Separate Test Cases Execution Services for clients requiring a division between requirements Analysis/Test Cases Development and Test Cases Execution. In this case, the clients' internal teams analyze requirements and develop Test Cases while Shinetech, methodically executes the Test Cases and reports the Test Results. Shinetech will also make comments to continuously optimize the Test Cases and then do Regression Testing to improve the performance of clients' products. An example of this type of partnership is the QA work we are performing for a Canadian e-gaming software company. Daily Report--A work report is submitted daily to clients at the end of our working day. Clients usually receive this report on their following morning due to the Western / Eastern Time differences. The work report informs the client of Shinetech's progress and work schedule for the next day. The PMS (Project Management Site) system is continuously updated offering our clients a clear view of project progress.
Weekly Meeting--Progress meetings are held weekly or per client's request. Conferences discuss general project issues and offer our clients' an opportunity to raise points for discussion.
