Shinetech formed a partnership with a US IT solution provider. (21 Dec,2006)

Shinetech announced today that a collaboration agreement had been reached with Certellus LLC. Certellus LLC will serve to increase sales and market penetration for Shinetech. The partnership will combine the experience and market knowledge of both firms to bring Shinetech's software development services to more clients throughout the US.
