Shinetech today started a barcode processing system for a long-term partner which is a software publisher based in the UK. The client develops and licenses proprietary software products which use cryptography, barcodes and scanning algorithms to securely transfer data between electronic and paper documents.

The system is used to validate documents through a two-dimensional barcode by using encoder and decoder. The encoder creates a barcode containing encode digits and digest and then prints it on a document. The decoder applies the encode digits in the barcode to scan the document and corrects any discrepancies.
