Interactive Conversation Software Testing for an American Client.(29 Oct, 2007)

One of Shinetech's project team has at the moment cooperated with an American privately-owned company on an ICS (Interactive Conversation Software). The main business of the client is to develop and distribute interactive propagandistic films for companies to help promote brand reputation and raise sales revenues.

This software has strong user interactive feature, for it enables users to create a short cartoon film by the integration of static pictures with dynamic audio frequencies, and other people can see the cartoon film if the user e-mails them the link of the cartoon film.

The team is dedicated in testing work, that is, compile use cases based on the client's requirements, execute use cases, deliver bugs and testing reports while the client being responsible for all development work themselves. The application is B/S structure, so the team doesn't need to deploy database, however, they need to conduct testing under different platforms and browsers to guarantee its maximum compatibility.

The project adopts PMS (Project Management System), requirements, use cases and testing reports are placed on it so that the two sides can check it at any time.

Up to now, two tasks have already been completed and delivered, and other tasks are planned to be delivered as the team conducts testing again after the client fixing the bugs.
