A tailored agile software team is running for a UK ISV.(October 22, 2008)
Shinetech has built a 6-member team for a software company located in UK. The client provides full internet marketing services, and possesses a unique software product concerning it as well.
The project team members are strictly screened in terms of clients' rigorous requirement, they work for the client in a flexible agile method based on which the client could effectively control the development progress and reduce the risks. Within a sprint, the client maintains certain requirements, and assigns tasks to each developer for evaluation. Then the developers, after considerate requirement communication, detailed analysis, carry out feasible plans and update the work amount and the time when the tasks will be completed onto a web based project management tool through which the client accesses the real-time project progress and adjust their plan accordingly.
In this way, the client avoids risks aroused by business requirement changing, lack of project related information and shortage of effective control of the process.
The technologies we mainly use are EPiServer, N2, MVC architecture, etc.
During the last month's cooperation, Shinetech project team learned to enter into the client's development flow and working culture. Now, the whole process has been smoothed and the cooperation is moving forward nicely as expected.
