Long term partnership with a Finnish business consulting company. (27 September,2003)

Shinetech has entered into a long term partnership with a Finnish business consulting company. According to the agreement, Shinetech will help BL with the development of custom application and commercial software in addition to providing consulting service. This cooperation secures the leading position of Shinetech in Europe market as a Chinese offshore software development service provider. With some other contacts from France and Germany, Shinetech will continue to explore European market and bring various services to more other European countries.
