A Three-member Mini ODC of iPhone SDK development is running for a US client
Shinetech recently set up a Three-member Mini Offshore development center (Mini ODC) to provide a series of iPhone SDK development for a US client. The Client is an American Independent software vendor (ISV) who focuses on mobile development and iPhone development.
The two companies started the cooperation from fixed price and fixed time model for the capability evaluation purpose. After a few projects, our work and efficiency gave the client enough confidence, and a Mini ODC comprised of one lead developer, two developers and one free consultant was established. All projects from the client are small-sized and related to iPhone SDK development. Our team is responsible for workload evaluation and definite execution after getting requirements. Each day close communication between our team and the client is going by email, YAHOO IM and management system on the client's side to share the latest progress.
Now the client is quite satisfied with our work and efficiency, and the cooperation is going forward smoothly with the efforts of our developers and the client.
