Dedicated team has been built for a US Legal company.(July 26, 2010)
The cooperation was started in early May, with a legal company located in Pennsylvania, US. The client has held a busy business; he believes that a tailored system could improve the internal working efficiency, and he has an idea of building a software product to facilitate the proof process.
By a pilot project, the client built initial trust on Shinetech and hired two dedicated developers to started the two projects separately. The client has an in house software Architect who is familiar with the business, responsible for requirement communication and confirmation of Shinetech team's regular deliveries.
The main technologies used are C# and ASTX.
The collaborative development has been running for two months, the clent's SA and Shinetech developers all learnt the working style of each other and have established a reasonable and effective method of smooth collaboration.
