Long-term service contract. (25 July,2003)

With the successful accomplishment of the pilot project, Shinetech was awarded a long-term service contract by CTI, an American Teleservices firm. Together with established relationships with other global customers, this announced contract has strengthened the Shinetech's presence in the U.S. market.

Michael, the CEO of CTI, said, I wanted to tell you thank you for your help. We are very excited to have the opportunity to work with such skilled programmers. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. We do believe that you can help us grow substantially and we hope to grow our relationship substantially over time with you. We very much believe in long term relationships, this is very important to our company.
