Shinetech lately started building a bills management system on .Net for a EU client. (05 Jun,2007)

Shinetech recently signed a contract with a EU client which is dedicated to providing large organisations with telecommunications management analysis systems.

The system is designed for bills management from billing information collection, bills management to reports creation. The technologies being used are DotNet2.0, C#, Web Service and Ajax, with SQL server as the backend database.

As an advanced practice in software development, MSF (Microsoft Solution Framework) Agile will be adopted to obtain higher quality and cost efficiency.

Now, VSTS as a necessary tool has been established and the whole project team is focusing on requirement communication and prototype building.
