Shinetech commences on a document management project for a UK client (31 May, 2005)

Shinetech is currently helping a UK client develop a web-based document management system.

The client always develops and implements a handheld POD (Pay on Delivery) solution through a majority of paper run sheets. However, the business growth demands a more effective way to run the whole process; Shinetech was chosen as the partner to develop a new web-based application which provides a fully electronic way of exchanging consignment notes between the head office and their drivers. It also allows electronic capture of customers' signature and making them available for retrieval as a POD which is available via a web browser.

Our experienced VB.Net engineers have been involved in this project.
