A promising cooperation with an Austrian client initiated with a 3-member Mini ODC. (May 04,2009)

Shinetech recently initiated cooperation with an Austrian client on its product development. The client is an internet service provider, it provides one stop services from domain registration, to website hosting & construction. It also owns a CMS product for users to DIY their own favorite website. The product was built on ASP/SQL Server, and needs to upgrade to ASP.Net/My SQL.

Before transferring to Shintech, the product has been partially migrated with poor quality which needs diagnosis and getting back on track. Shinetech made a full report based on detailed analysis & evaluation on the legacy system and the migrated parts, including technology selection, software architecture, database design etc. The report won the client's confidence, who agree to make refractory for the migrated software firstly to ensure quality.

For now, the whole project has been taken over from the previous development team, and the Managed ODC which involves 1 PM/SA, and 2 developers is running smoothly. The method of short iteration & regular demo delivery is adopted for the client to learn the project progress in real time.
