A 5-member Agile ODC is running for a EU company.(April 15, 2009)

Shinetech recently signed a contract with a European company, the company itself has a local development outsourcing team, and looked at a option of trying a Chinese company to speed up the project and lower the development cost.

Shinetech has built a five-member team to meet the initial requirement of a job platform development, for which a general architecture has been built. The Shinetech team is responsible for the architecture optimization and models’ development, roles involved are 1 PM and 4 developers.

The technologies mainly used are java (back end development) & flex (front end development).

Now, the general requirement and priorities of the whole project has been clarified through close communication with the client, and the team is busy building one of the models, the two sides are trying to fit into each other to smooth the process and obtain a most comfort cooperation.
