An American client whose business focuses on cards sales, was not satisfied with the service provided last month and claimed for a refund. Shinetech, in accordance with its guarantee policy, paid back the corresponding monies for that purchase order which totalled USD $28,610.
- Cost of the latest iteration (2 weeks at most) or the latest purchase order will be waived if the client is not satisfied with deliverables and claims a refund within 1 week.
