Shinetech Chengdu set up a scrum team for an American healthcare company last month.(March 02, 2010)
Shinetech recently signed contract with an American client that helps people to manage their healthcare details. A java developer and a flex developer in Chengdu office are fully hired for its product development.
The client has been cooperated with a Philippine software outsourcing company on Flex development. To meet the coming java development need and disperse outsourcing risks, the client turned to Shinetech for the three parties to co-develop one of its products under Scrum method.
The Scrum Master is on client's side, responsible to make project plan, split user stories, identify the priorities, and work out the iteration plan, developers in Philippine team and Shinetech team then complete tasks in each iteration.
