Shinetech was authorized as one of the experimental enterprises of COSEP (20 Jan, 2005)

In December 2004, Shinetech Software Development Inc. was authorized as one of the second batch of experimental enterprises of China Offshore Software Engineering Project (COSEP) by China Torch Program.

The COSEP, launched in 2003 by the China Torch Program run by China Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), aims at organizing and fostering offshore software development service providers in China to provide world-class outsourcing services for overseas clients.
