Shinetech put across the Receipt lottery system of Kunming Local Taxation Bureau (Jan.15,2003)
On January 15, 2003, the Receipt lottery system developed
by Shinetech was accepted by Kunming Local Taxation Bureau.
This E-government project contracted by Tsinghua Tong Fang
was outsourced to Shinetech for design and coding. Based on
Java (J2EE) technology, the functions of the system Include:
Invoice authenticity Inquiry, Management of taxpayer bonus
settlement, Consumers exchange management, Invoice collection
management, Fake invoice report, Statistics data query, User
privilege management.
With a strong Java technology background, Shinetech accomplished
the project successfully. It is a milestone for Shinetech
in the E-government outsourcing area.
