Shinetech started a CRM project for an Australian client. (14 Jan, 2005)

Recently, Shinetech commenced a CRM project for an Australian client and now is busying with development of the project. The client is an Australian distribution & marketing company headquartered in Melbourne, which assists foreign manufactures in penetrating the Australian consumer market without physical presence.

This CRM (Customer Relationship Management) project would realize the functions of Account Management, Contact Management and Quote Management. As a new type of management system, its main goal is to retain and attract more customers via much quicker and better services; on the other hand, to reduce cost via all-side operation flow management

We use Visual Studio.NET 2005 to develop the project and adopt the Smart Client technique. If the client publishes a new version, the system will download it automatically.
