It is a newly founded software product company based in UK which focuses on iPhone related development.
Shinetech responsibility
All the software is developed for iPhone user.
- Audio software (1 man-month) based on OpenAL which runs smoothly both on 3G and 3GS.
- User experience improvement of a thermal control system (1 man-month) by bug fixing and performance optimization on software loading time, retrieval time (down to 0.5s from previous 3s when searching through 8000 data items), and widgets loading time.
- Continuous development of health software (6 man-month) which has been delivered 3 versions as the client always changes the requirements.

How we work
The client is too busy to think deep about the software details and work out development plans, due to the situation, Shinetech team practices a proper collaboration method to occupy less time on the client's side, for example, making plans and delivering workable modules every 3~5 days for the client to check the development quality and progress, advising on the functionality of the software as a common iPhone user, providing options of technical solutions for the client to choose the most suitable one, etc.
Up to now, the cooperation has been 1+ years and runs smoothly.
