The client is from the electric academe organization.
What the client wanted
The integrated development environment of coding controller has been developed by our team; this is a Windows application which is applied for coding and debugging on PLC equipment. The customers can compile the PLC application by using this software and download the application to PLC to do the running, debug, etc operation.
Approach
Shinetech managed the whole process of the project successfully adopted the Agile model, resolved the issues and potential issues efficiently at an earlier stage. We have driven the project to a successful end through the efforts by our team. Now, the produce is currently used in the industry field.
According to the requirement of the client, we have implemented the software which integrated by two main parts are user interface and function dynamic library, such as, download and upload of PLC application, online debugging and the conversion between trapezium diagram of application and instruction table. Communication module can be used as data transmission between core application and PLC equipment, the connection method can be either series-wound and Ethernet network. Conversion module adopted the topology of AOV that achieved the conversion between trapezium diagram of application and instruction table. The related development technologies during the development process we have been used are GDI, COM, ATL, Windows control, multi-thread and socket, etc.
