Shinetech guys made overtime working in almost entire year of 2009, which resulted tiring attitude, lower and lower efficiency, poor deliveries... Shinetech changed the lead developer with an experienced one in January this year, the latter carried out methodical measures based on adequate research: stopped the overtime working immediately upon client's allowance; built standup meeting; adopted Test Driven Development, used a more client-transparent management tool etc, which highly promoted the work in very short period of time. The lead developer says that there still needs long effort to rewin client's trust, and he has been ready for the challenge.
