Mr. Jerry Zhang
President & general manager
Jerry founded Shinetech in 2001. As the founder and General
Manager of Shinetech, Jerry is responsible for the strategic direction
of the company. A critical factor in Shinetech's success is his devotion to honesty, and the channeling of his active and enthusiastic personality into company spirit.
Jerry brings rich management experience to the company. Prior to
founding Shinetech, Jerry served as a chief editor of Internet
Weekly, where he was in charge of internal management. Before
joining Internet Weekly, Jerry played a technical director
role at the East Changwei Company.
Jerry received a Bachelor's degree in Science from Beijing Institute
of Technology in 1995.

Mr. Xiaoyu Xu
Vice President, Business Development
As a vice president of Business Development, Mr. Xu is responsible
for the company's business development strategy and overseeing
its expansion into new global markets. Mr. Xu's extensive project management experience along with his research and analysis ability are
a Shinetech treasure. Prior to joining Shinetech, Mr. Xu
served as a consultant in Accenture Japan, one of the largest
IT consulting companies in the world; where he learned the critical criteria for IT Business. Before joining Accenture,
Xu worked for a Sweden Autodiagnos Company as chief representative.
Xu earned a Master's degree in Science from the Tokyo Institute
of Technology and a bachelor's degree in Science from Beijing
Institute of Technology.

Mr. Jason Guo
Chief Operating Officer
Jason is involved in determining the strategic business direction and is responsible for: strategy implementation, operational activities and the performance checks of all company departments and offices. His excellent team management, technical background and coordination skills empower him to successfully control the operational costs and risks and act as a key coordinator among departments. Prior to joining Shinetech, Jason held project manager and software architect positions at New Oriental Education & Technical Group.
Jason received his Bachelor degree in Science from China University of Geosciences.

Mr. Frank Zhang
Chief technology officer
Frank is responsible for leading the company's technology strategy
and development, defining the company's technical vision and
ensuring advanced technology adoption. His
rich experience in project management and technical leadership
in Application Software, Database development, E-commerce, and website
construction empowers Shinetech to
deliver high quality service . Prior to joining
Shinetech, Frank served as a chief developer in the Network Dept.
of eNet Company Ltd.(http://www.mofcom.gov.cn);
where he led an engineering team to design and develop the first
mature ecommerce platform in China and a cutting edge content
management system.
Frank received a Bachelor's degree in Science from Beijing Institute
of Technology.

Mr. Yanqiang Yue
Quality Assurance Manager
Yanqiang joined Shinetech as a project manager at its foundation in 2001. He successfully managed several large-scale Shinetech projects to completion and is familiar with the software development process of CMMI, Agile, Scrum, Amongst other. In 2006, Yanqiang was promoted to QA manager.
In his role as QA manager of Shinetech, Yanqiang improves and maintains the company's quality assurance policies and procedures, and coordinates Shinetech's CMMI certification process. He also manages the QA team to automate the process of the team performance measurement and project quality evaluation.
Yanqiang received a Bachelor's degree of Computer Software
from the Xuzhou College of Architectural Technology.
