Mr. Jerry Zhang
President & general manager
Jerry founded Shinetech in 2001. As the founder and General
Manager of Shinetech, Jerry is responsible for the strategic direction
of the company. A critical factor in Shinetech's success is his devotion to honesty, and the channeling of his active and enthusiastic personality into company spirit.
Jerry brings rich management experience to the company. Prior to
founding Shinetech, Jerry served as a chief editor of Internet
Weekly, where he was in charge of internal management. Before
joining Internet Weekly, Jerry played a technical director
role at the East Changwei Company.
Jerry received a Bachelor's degree in Science from Beijing Institute
of Technology in 1995.

Mr.
Isak Baldwin
Vice President, Business Development & Quality Assurance
As a vice president of Business Development, Mr. Baldwin is responsible for the company's business development strategy, overseeing its expansion into new service areas, and developing partnerships. Mr. Baldwin has learned the outsourcing business on the frontlines with Shinetech in Beijing as a project manager, project supervisor, account manager, and then manager of the Independent Testing service. His endless drive for quality, analytic ability, and communication with clients is a treasure to Shinetech. Prior to joining Shinetech, Isak served as the Support and Quality Assurance Manager at Oddcast, Inc in the United States. Oddcast is a leading provider of cutting edge video and talking character based online marketing products.
Isak earned a Bachelors of Science degree from Rutgers University in Bioresource Engineering and holds a Certificate in Computer Programming from the Chubb Institute.

Mr. Yanqiang Yue
Sr. Vice President, Operations
Yanqiang joined Shinetech as a project manager at its foundation in 2001. He successfully managed several large-scale Shinetech projects to completion and is familiar with the software development process of CMMI, Agile, Scrum, Amongst other. In 2009, Yanqiang was promoted to vice president in charge of business operations.
Yanqiang received a Bachelor's degree of Computer Software
from the Xuzhou College of Architectural Technology.

Mr. Frank Zhang
Vice President, Europe
Sr. Technical Project Manager
Frank is responsible for leading the company's technology strategy
and development, defining the company's technical vision and
ensuring advanced technology adoption. His
rich experience in project management and technical leadership
in Application Software, Database development, E-commerce, and website
construction empowers Shinetech to
deliver high quality service . Prior to joining
Shinetech, Frank served as a chief developer in the Network Dept.
of eNet Company Ltd.(http://www.enet.com.cn);
where he led an engineering team to design and develop the first
mature ecommerce platform in China and a cutting edge content
management system.
Frank received a Bachelor's degree in Science from Beijing Institute
of Technology.

Mr. Jason Guo
Director
Jason is involved in determining the strategic business direction and is responsible for: strategy implementation, operational activities and the performance checks of all company departments and offices. His excellent team management, technical background and coordination skills empower him to successfully control the operational costs and risks and act as a key coordinator among departments. Prior to joining Shinetech, Jason held project manager and software architect positions at New Oriental Education & Technical Group.
Jason received his Bachelor degree in Science from China University of Geosciences.
