Mr.Jerry Zhang
President & General Manager
As the founder and General Manager of Shinetech, Jerry is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. A critical factor in Shinetech's success is his commitment to honesty, and the channeling of his active and enthusiastic personality into company spirit.
Jerry brings rich management experience to the company. Prior to founding Shinetech in 2001, Jerry served as a chief editor of Internet Weekly, where he was in charge of internal management. Before joining Internet Weekly, Jerry held a technical director role at the East Changwei Company.
Jerry received a Bachelor's degree of Science from Beijing Institute of Technology in 1995.
Mr.John Vanderpool
Vice President, Global Operations

John's cross-functional role focuses on operational excellence within Shinetech by leveraging new business process designs and advanced technology to achieve efficiency while improving client experiences. John has served as a professional in software sales and operations for more than a decade. His experience includes work with leading global services and outsourcing organizations, as well as with cutting edge software companies including Exigen Services, netNumina (Keane), and SupplyScape. John is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and active member of the Scrum Alliance.
Mr.Yanqiang Yue
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Yanqiang manages Shinetech’s operations, internal IT, and administration. Yanqiang is responsible for streamlining Shinetech’s business management and operational processes across the organization.
Yanqiang joined Shinetech at its foundation in 2001. He brings more than 10 years of experience in offshore software development. Yanqiang’s experience at Shinetech began as a project manager where he successfully managed several large-scale Shinetech projects to completion. He is experienced in numerous advanced software development methodologies including Agile Scrum and XP. In 2009, Yanqiang assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Yanqiang received a Bachelor's degree of Computer Software from the Xuzhou College of Architectural Technology.
Mr.Frank Zhang
Vice President, Europe
Sr. Technical Project Manager
Frank is responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and development, defining the company's technical vision and ensuring advanced technology adoption. His rich experience in project management and technical leadership in application software, database development, e-commerce, and website construction underpins Shinetech's ability to deliver high quality services. Prior to joining Shinetech, Frank served as a chief developer in the Network Dept. of eNet Company Ltd.(http://www.enet.com.cn); where he led an engineering team to design and develop the first mature ecommerce platform in China and a cutting edge content management system.
Frank received a Bachelor's degree of Science from Beijing Institute of Technology.
Mr.Jason Guo
Vice President, China
Jason is responsible for the domestic market and business development. His excellent team management, technical background and coordination skills empower him to successfully control the operational costs and risks. Prior to joining Shinetech, Jason held project manager and software architect positions at New Oriental Education Technical Group.
Jason received his Bachelor degree of Science from China University of Geosciences.
