Skill Set: The candidates should have: software Java development experience and have passed the Java Programmer Certification:

A good understanding of development processes, standards.

Knowledge of Java2 JDK, JDBC and J2EE Architecture.

Experience with object-oriented design and programming.

Experience with application server architecture and operations.

Experience working with UML, XML a plus.

Good communication skills in English a must, both oral and written.

Skill Set: The candidates should have professional development experience: with Microsoft technologies:

Web application development and a solid working knowledge using ASP.NET/ASP or similar application structures.

A solid working knowledge of.NET, SQL Server, Windows and development practices.

A solid working knowledge of HTML and scripting languages such as JavaScript and VBScript. C#, VB.Net, or VB/C++, XML/XSL.

Windows NT/2000 operating system.

Writing secure code, Unicode / Globalization / Localization.

Distributed Applications.

Skill Set: The ideal candidate would posses experience in the following skills/qualities:

Expert in troubleshooting and repair from hardware components, to network, to operating system, to applications software.

Extensive Windows NT/2000/XP, Linux, Sun administration experience.

Network architecture design and implementation expertise.

Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Extensive knowledge of Cisco IOS, TCP, UDP, ICMP, IP, Fiber Channel, IPSec, T1, T3, Frame-Relay, SCSI, RAID, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, NIS+/NIS, LDAP, etc.

In-depth understanding of network security, intrusion detection, and intrusion prevention including hands-on work with firewalls, authentication and authorization technology, security packages.
