Offshore Testing Center(OTC)

Shinetech Offshore Testing Center(OTC) servise was developed to provide our clients a convenient way to build their own software testing team in China with highly reduced cost. Shinetech OTC provide you stable offshore software testing staff that continuously improve their efficiency as they learn or develop your testing methodology.

  • Basic Principles--“Communication, Openness and Collaboration”-- Project collaboration is facilitated by communication channels such as E-mail, Instant Messengers, telephone, IP-telephone, NetMeeting and software for collaborative work (such as online project management tools (PMS), bug trackers, etc), These tools and our work philosophy ensure smooth project implementation, and allow our clients to efficiently monitor and manage the testing process.
    • Comprehensive Communication--Understanding the customer's requirements is essential for the success of any outsourcing project. Therefore close and open communication is required at each stage of the project implementation - both between the Shinetech team and the customer and internally among the OTC team members.
    • Transparent Project Progress--Shinetech maintains a fully transparent project progress to the customer, empowering the customer to maintain control of the project and keep abreast of all related details including project progress, open and complete tasks for each team member, project risks and status control.   
    • Customer's Comprehensive Control--The client-side manager can coordinate all activities, track requirement changes, help to quickly resolve issues, and control the progress of work. As a result, the customer controls project dynamics and fine tunes the testing process in real-time.  
  • Free Trail--The most efficient and effective way to lower your risks from the partner selection process is with a Free Pilot . A Free Pilot with members of your future Shinetech OTC will allow you assess the abilities of Shinetech testers and our OTC methodology.We are willing to offer you a free trial of roughly 40-man-hours of work allowing you to evaluate our testing capabilities, level of communication and project management skills etc without any risks. Shinetech will work with you to define the scope of this pilot project and the QA engineers who passed the trial can participate in your future Shinetech OTC team.
  • Cost Saving--Besides significant cost savings on infrastructure and human resources costs, a Shinetech OTC also provides the cost savings provided by continuously improving efficiency and skill sets of the team members. Finally, OTC contracts provide (15%~20%) further cost savings over a 6 months period relative to our other business models.
  • Strict adherence to the customer's privacy and security--Shinetech strictly adheres to our intellectual property (IP) protection program. Our or your Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed to protect non-public customer information used during project implementation.
  • Adaptable testing teams--Shinetech OTC teams can be resized based on your project practice without any surcharges. Our project managers will work with the HR department to find new staff, either from the internal pool or from the talented Beijing IT community. If there is a change in team members both the original project developer and the new resource will work for you free of charge in the knowledge transfer/project training period.

Junior II USD 12/man 0.5~1
Intermediate I USD 14/man 1.5~3.5 Experience with formal processes of the software development lifecycle. Minimum of 1 year testing experience in preparing and executing of test cases, scripts, and scenarios.
Good English reading and writing. Intermediate II's who assume leadership roles will have excellent English ability.
Intermediate II USD 16/man 3~5
Senior I USD 18/man 3.5~5.5 Either specific technical skills such as automation or team management skill.Years experience leading internal and external QA teams. Can be either focused on process, testing technology, or both.
Fluent English communication skills via IM, Email, Skype and Phone.
Senior II USD 21/man
