Offshore Development Center (ODC)

Shinetech Offshore Development Center (ODC) is a dedicated development center for clients in Beijing, China. It allows the clients to focus on their core value competencies, take advantage of Shinetech's technological expertise, low cost development resources and dramatically reduce the IT expenses.

Each of Shinetech ODCs is tailored to client' unique software outsourcing needs; they are different in cooperation model, development method, team structure, developers levels and cost, etc. In accordance with clients' outsourcing situation, Shinetech ODC takes different responsibilities as software product R&D, application/product development, test/QA outsourcing and deploying software solutions.

The three main ODC models listed below are developed on our 8 years experiences in software outsourcing, each of them matches with different outsourcing requirements; helping you to identify the most cost-effective outsourcing solution.

Mini ODC (USD 15-18/man)	Flexible team structure and "Near Agile"process designed for SMEs; Refund occurs if team efficiency/deliverables quality is not satisfying; Highly cost-effective for custom application/product development.
Staff ODC (USD 10-15/man)	Suitable for clients taking management of developers/projects; Shinetech provides the right developers & project management tool.

Shinetech Guarantees

• Cost of iteration will be waived if client doesn't satisfy with our work in this iteration.
• Contract can be canceled within 10 working days since entry into force of the contract from the client's side.
• If for any reason, team member needs to be switched, we offer 20 working days knowledge transfer period free of charge for the leader, and 10 working days for the engineer. (Staff turnover rate in 2007 was 7%)
