• A project lead developer manages the process and guarantees the quality of team deliverables;
• With a multi-level blended structure, the team size can be flexible;
• With proven training methods, a mature team with around 20 developers can be built within a short period; “mature” ” translates into smooth collaboration with your team, stable iteration efficiency and delivery quality;
• Agile development methods like Scrum, XP, UP are flexibly blended and tailored to achieve the lightest possible team structure and high development quality and efficiency.

Team roles

• Project leader - Capable of understanding and solving the customer's business challenge and able to manage a team of 5~20 developers; ensures that the customer's expectations are aligned with the project; 5-8 years experience in the field of related technology; experienced with universal testing approaches; responsible for quality assurance.
• lead/senior developer - Capable of understanding and solving the customer's business challenge and able to manage a team of 2~5 developers;esponsible for design of the application architecture and build of the core and complicated modules; 5-8 years experience in the field of related technology.
• Intermediate developer - Deliver high quality software according to requirements; 3-5 years experience in the field of related technology; email and IM communication in English.

Agile practices

• Iterative and incremental development (IID);
• The result of each iteration is tested visible software which represents real progress and improved quality;
• Self-managed developers;
• Agile practices like daily stand-up meetings, unit testing, and pair programming are adopted according to each unique project.

Shinetech guarantee

• Cost of the latest iteration will be waived (2 weeks at most) if client is not satisfied with deliverables and claims it within 1 week.
• Contract can be cancelled within 10 working days if not satisfied with the work.
• If for any reason, team members need to be switched, we offer 20 working days knowledge transfer period free of charge for the team lead and 10 working days for the engineer.
