* leader - 5-8 years experience in the field of related technology; good levels of spoken and written English; capable of understanding and solving the customer's business problems, ensuring that the customer's expectations are aligned with the project;
* Intermediate developer - 3-5 years experience in the field of related technology; email and IM communication in English; delivery of high quality software for smaller requirements.
* Consultant - Specialist in providing outsource solution (we recommend you to talk to the consultant if you don't have much outsourcing experience); responsible for building a suitable collaboration approach and development process in accordance with client's business request.
* The rate is quoted on monthly basis.

Guarantees

• 40 man hours free trial to help establish a smooth cooperation.
• Contract can be cancelled within 10 working days after the contract is signed by the client.
• Cost of the latest iteration will be waived (2 weeks at most) if client is not satisfied with deliverables and claims it within 1 week.
• If for any reason, team members need to be switched, we offer 20 working days knowledge transfer period free of charge for the Leader, and 10 working days for the engineer.
