- What should I do if my requirement is only a general idea?
At this stage, we would be interested to fully understand you overall needs and expectations. A suitable Shinetech consultant will be allocated to you to learn your business and core requirements and expectations, then work out a development plan concerning the tailored development method, recommended team structure and a rough timeline. If the development plan is confirmed by your side, the project will quickly started from the key requirement development, then with the development moving on, the Shinetech team will work with you to detail the left requirement and implement them.
- What should I do if I have a fully documented specification?
Send it over to us and we will analyze and evaluate the project based on the detailed requirements submitted. Following your approval of our proposals, we will submit for your consideration, the resumes of resources with appropriate skills and experience. Interviews and discussions can be arranged. The team comprising your selection of personnel is confirmed and the office space, communications equipment and hardware/software environment is configured. The project is ready to start.
In addition we will conduct a free pilot to establish a deep and trustworthy relationship with you.
- What should I do if I want an experienced offshore Agile team?

- What should I do if I want to start our cooperation from a small-sized team?
Our Mini Offshore Development Center is your best choice. It offers cost efficiency and a flexible structure to meet your various business requirements. We guarantee your quality expectations, and the cost of iterations will be waived if you are not satisfied with our work in any given iteration.
- What should I do if I only need dedicated offshore resources involved in my team?
Shinetech will set up a Staff Offshore Development Center which allows you to easily hire your own IT professionals in China at highly reduced cost. The developers will work solely for you, and Shinetech acts as your HR department guaranteeing a transparent development process and resource consistency.
- What should I do if my project is only partly completed by another outsourcing company which doesn't meet my requirement?

We use a variety of tracking systems including the professional online project management system, Microsoft VSTS (Visual Studio Team Suite), Project Status Tracking & Management system, Regular progress reports are available, and you can monitor the progress of your project at any time.
- How can we have effective communications?
