Based on years of collaborating with Eur-american clients, Shinetech Dalian Branch has rich experience in setting up and running mainframe/COBOL programming team of 20-30 person. We have collected Mainfarme/COBOL veterans that have 3~8 years experiences. They are specialized in Z/OS, COBOL, CICS, Assembler, DB2, JCL, VSAM, ADABAS/Natural, and ADABAS/DB.

- Internal QA – ensure that developers’ deliverbles meet the quality requirement: design logic, code criteria, testing etc.
